Power, Privilege, Oppression

The Power, Privilege, Oppression, course will focus on understanding how individual and systematic policy and practices exert power and privilege over marginalized populations that results in oppression of individuals and communities. Following this course, participants will be able to define privilege and oppression, understand how power and privilege impact oppression, understand how individual and organizational backgrounds influence power and privilege and identify key strategies to mitigate effects of power, privilege and oppression.
