Our organization is comprised of dedicated educators, researchers, trainers, coaches, and experts in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, and emergency management. I-DIEM helps organizations create policies, programs, and practices that are equitable. We assist individuals and organizations in developing tools to change negative institutional constructs and increase equity. Our philosophy for change intersects five basic strategies.
