Our Philosophy for Change

Our organization is comprised of dedicated educators, researchers, trainers, coaches and experts in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion and emergency management. I-DIEM helps organizations of all kinds embed create policies, programs and practices that are equitable. We assist individuals and organizations in developing tools to change negative institutional constructs and increase equity. Our philosophy for change intersects five basic strategies:
