Operationalizing Equity in Disaster

I-DIEM’s Operationalizing Equity in Disaster course is designed to offer organizations practical tools and strategies for embedding equity into all aspects of disaster management, especially decision-making. Instructors will analyze and discuss the historical significance of bias that is based on race, gender, socioeconomic status, and other characteristics.
