Ardena Bosley

Organizational Development Specialist

Ardena Bosley has more than 30 years of experience working with and advocating for those she serves in multiply marginalized communities.As a Curriculum Director, Ardena evaluated, developed, and implemented workshops and trainings focused on educational theories, curriculum design, and fundamentals of teaching and education. She was responsible for piloting & implementing data driven teaching methodologies, learning strategies and curriculum designed for high impact remediation & acceleration and was the keynote speaker at educational conferences across the country. She was an instrumental and influential player in the pilot, design, & delivery of curriculum and staff training for the National Heritage Academies, Chicago Public School District, Detroit Public School District, Flint Community School District, Flint-Genesee Job Corps Center, and Grand Rapids Public School District.

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Education from the University of Michigan 
  • Master (MA) of Criminal Justice Administration from the University of South Florida 
  • Vocational Rehabilitation Employment Specialist certification 
  • Former Board President of the Florida Council on Crime & Delinquency – Chapter one  
  • Former Board member, Fundraising Chair & Community Liaison for the Autism Society of Florida & the Autism Acceptance Center of Tampa
